課室內溫度達至35-38 ºC ,在這個温度的環境下,肌肉變得柔軟,通過不斷的動作和呼吸增強身體機能

The in-class temperature may be as high as 35 -38ºC, in this hot environment, muscle become soft that challenges and strengthens the body through continuous movement with the breath.

初級瑜伽Beginner Yoga (Level 1)

初級瑜珈包含各種基本體位法的練習、呼吸法與靜坐冥想練習, 由基本肌肉力量及伸展動作開始, 學習安全地練習

Yoga class contains various basic asana , breathing and meditation exercises. To learn how to safety practice our muscle and stretch

伸展瑜伽Stretch Yoga (Level 1)

帶動身體完整的伸展。 姿勢延展可有效移除肌肉僵硬及緊張感。 學生可配合繩及磚等工具簡單地達到伸展效果, 促進人體血液循環

Selective Hatha Yoga postures provide a complete stretch to the body. Stretching postures help to remove stiffness and tension in muscles and improve blood circulation

Yoga Flow (Muti level)

特定的式子串連練習, 動作由淺到深停地連貫, 帶動身體氣和血液的運行

Detox Yoga (Muti level)

人體是藉由循環系統、消化系統及淋巴這三個系統來排除體內不必要的東西。高溫排毒瑜伽透過進行各種扭轉式子、前彎式子以及簡單的後仰式子, 促進腸臟蠕動, 有效減少胃氣及改善便秘問題。

The human body removes waste and unnecessary elements through the circulatory system, digestive system, and lymphatic system. Detox Yoga is practiced under high temperature and it involves poses ranging from various forward bends to simple back bends. This helps to stimulate intestinal peristalsis, reduce flatulence and tackle constipation problem.

瑜伽牆Wall Rope (Level 1)

利用艾楊格綿繩及牆進行動作, 深層並穩定地進行筋膜伸展, 扭轉, 倒立, 有效改善身體僵硬及脊骨問題

The use of Iyengar Cotton Rope and wall to carry out the asana, deep and stable fascia stretch, reverse, inverted, effectively improve the body stiffness and spine issue.

椅子瑜伽Chair Yoga (Level 1)

利用摺櫈有支撐的加深延展練習傳統體位法, 達到平常比較困難的動作

The use of folding chair to support and stabilize the extension of the traditional position, help to achieve advance posture

Yin Yoga (Level 1)

每個動作至少停留2分鐘或以上, 由關節開始放鬆至肌肉筋膜, 配合經絡帶動血液運行, 適合關節痛及生活緊張人仕

Yoga Therapy (Level 1)

結合現代筋膜伸展及傳统瑜伽動作, 利用工具及雙人互動有效地減輕現代人一般痛症, 如坐骨神經痛, 肩周炎, 背痛等問題

Power Yoga (Level 2)

以流瑜伽為基礎, 集中鍛練肌肉力量及肌耐力, 學習高級體位法如手平衡, 後彎及倒立

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice, focus on muscle training and endurance. Learn advanced yoga asana as arm balance, backbend and inversion.

孕婦瑜伽 (Level 1)

幫助孕婦生產過程, 減輕懷孕帶來的適, 壓力及傷害. 建議懷孕18週以上並得醫生同意才参加

To help pregnant women in the delivery process, reduce the discomfort, stress and body injury due to pregnancy. Suggested participant have more than 18 weeks of pregnancy and approval by doctor

Aerial Yoga Aerial Yoga 空中瑜伽

空中瑜伽,借助於懸掛於空中的柔軟綢帶,將瑜珈體式與空中技巧完美結合。任何水平的學生都可以學習在綢帶上翻轉、飛起來、以及通過空中瑜珈序列動作流動起來.
With the support of a soft suspended fabric, Aerial Yoga explores what happens when you combine classical asanas with elements of aerial acrobatics. Students of all levels can learn to flip, fly, and flow through Aerial Yoga sequences.

Aerial Therapy 空中治療

吊床調較至足踝高度,  以舒適及靜態動作治療頸椎, 脊骨及一般肌肉痛症, 舒緩生活壓力

Hammocks are adjusted to ankle height, Aerial Therapy involves comfortable and passive movements in order improve the cervical spine, alleviate general muscle pain and relieve stress.

Aerial Pilates 空中普拉堤

吊床調較至膝蓋高度, 配合普拉堤動作強化核心肌肉及平衡, 快速達到塑身效果

Hammocks are adjusted to knee height, by adding elements of Pilates into these sessions, Aerial Pilates help to tone up the body, lose weight and strengthen core muscles and core balance
